

Denise Salin
Denise Salin's research areas are organizational behavior and gender in management. She has published actively on the topic of workplace bullying: its causes, consequences and employee and organizational responses. Her research interests also include organizational justice, employee work attitudes, and gender. Her current research projects are about employee responses to workplace bullying, HR and bullying, and global differences in perceptions of and responses to incivility and bullying.
Professor Salin has actively acted as a reviewer for international journals and international funding agencies and been an external examiner for dissertations on workplace bullying in different countries (including Australia, Finland, Norway, Spain and the UK). Her work has been influential internationally, with more than 3700 citations in Google Scholar.
